Seward Civic Center Renovation Project

The Seward Civic Center - founded by Seward native Jessie Langworthy, has existed in its current space since 1954.
Maintained from her trust, the Seward Civic Center received $7.5 million from 1954 to 2024 for additions, equipment, and maintenance.
Since then, the civic center has prioritized essential building renovations to keep this important institution modernized and equipped to handle the needs of the community.
