Phase 1 Renovations
The Seward Civic Center has recently completed its first round of renovations, updating the main entrance, corridor, ADA accessible ramp, and common area.
The Seward Civic Center is preparing a follow-up campaign, seeking to raise $500,000 to complete the second phase of planned renovations.

Phase 2 Renovation Goals
Banquet Rooms
Phase 2 will include new flooring, window coverings, ceilings, lighting, and technology upgrades.
Kitchen Remodel
Seward Civic Center plans to grow the existing kitchen space to handle larger capacities.
South Entrance Repair
Updates to the South entrance of the building, including a ramp and expanded parking.
Building Exterior
Seward Civic Center will invest in updated landscaping, irrigation and signage around the building.
